I believe the consultation is a critical part of doing someone’s hair. Knowing what one wants, or better yet, what one doesn’t want, is the key to a successful outcome. My reputation relies on happy clients.

Policies

New clients: 50% deposit required at time of appointment booking.

Cancellations:

24 hour notice required for appointments of one hour or less.

48 hours notice required for appointments of more than one hour.

Cancellation fee of 50% will apply without required notice.

To be fair to all clients who are scheduled, I ask that you be on time for your appointments. After 15 minutes I consider the appointment as canceled (unless we have notified one another otherwise).
